Gol D. Roger Ace Sword from One Piece, prints in place without support

PRINT-ON-SITE VERSION + ASSEMBLY VERSION

For the PRINT-IN-PLACE version, the blade is flat at the end so it can stick to the build plate, if you want the pointed blade you have to choose one of the other 2 versions.

The blade is thin, so it needs to be fixed well to the build plate. I recommend using RAFT plate Adhesion.

If you are going to print the “print in place” version, I recommend you test print the “blade_print_test.stl” file before printing the full katana.

It works best when you leave the seams on the back of the blade.

Katanas are between 95 and 99 cm long, depending on how far you push the blades. Katana Handle 24.5cm + Blade 68.5/73.5cm
